  • Burt Munro Challenge

    Oreti Park, Otatara. Invercargill
    Southlander born and bred Burt Munro designed and raced the Worlds Fastest Indian of which there has been a Movie made in Invercargill based on Burt Munro's achievement when he raced his home-built Indian Motor Cycle at the Bornville Salt Flats in USA. The inaugural Burt Munro Challenge was three years ago and attracted Cycle enthusiasts from around the World, mainly New Zealand, Australia and USA.
